John Swain lives in Montreuil, France.  His poem, "Synchrony Lens," won the 2011 Summer Poetry Prize at A Clean Well-Lighted Place.  Swain's work has also been nominated for the Pushcart Prize, Best of the Net, and Best of the Web.
